If you have never had an actual Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, you have absolutely no idea what you are missing. Here is a way for you to experience the same amazing cheesecake from your home.

Necessary Ingredients:

The Crust:

2 tablespoons of melted butter

1/4 cup finely chopped almonds

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

3/4 cup finely chopped vanilla wafers

For The Filling:

1 1/2 pounds cream cheese. Philadelphia cream cheese works best.

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

1/4 cup of flour

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

16 ounces of sour cream

5 large eggs

1 1/3 cups of sugar

Making The Crust:

1. Take a 9 inch buttered spring form pan and mix all the chopped nuts, vanilla wafer crumbs, and melted butter. Press the ingredients into the pan trying to line as much of the sides as you possibly can at least 1 1/2 inches up the sides of the pan.

Making The Cheesecake:

1. Allow all of the cheesecake ingredients to stand as you prepare the ingredients for the crust. Once the cheesecake ingredients are at room temperature, beat the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy. Make sure that your mixer is set on low during the entire process in order to assure that the ingredients remain fluffy and creamy.

2. Begin to add the sugar just a little bit at a time as you continue to beat the cream cheese.

3. Add one egg at a time and beat after each egg until each egg is completely beat into the cream cheese.

4. Add the flour, vanilla, and lemon juice and mix well.

5. Now add the sour cream and beat the entire cheesecake combination well.

6. Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture into the spring form pan and place on the top rack of your 325 degree preheated oven for one hour and fifteen minutes.

7. When time is up, prop open the oven door and leave the cheesecake in the oven for one hour.

8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool. After the cheesecake has cooled, place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. I know you will want to eat it, however, it is important to be patient and allow the cheesecake to age as this allows the flavor of the ingredients time to enrich themselves and really makes the entire waiting process well worth the wait.
